Joselyne UWITONZE is CEO – Educational Technologist in ICT for Education Company called CRELITA ltd that operates in Rwanda. She holds a bachelor degree in computer science and majored in information Management from Adventist University of Central Africa. She has worked at the intersection of technology and education to make sure that learning occurs in flexible and efficient way. By designing and developing the strategies of training and teaching as well as the new learning implementations; she has worked on two Mabile Applications for language Learning released by CRELITA Ltd . She also worked on android application of transportation control Management using Geolocation as final work of her studies. Joselyne is continuously seeking to gain more skills and ability to improve ICT for education in Rwanda.
